  • Whether the deceased has left a Will or not we can complete everything on your behalf.
  • We will complete and submit of all Probate and Inland Revenue Forms.
  • Attend the Probate Court.
  • Correspond with all concerned and deal with each asset holder.
  • Write to each person in the Will to inform them of the likely timescales and deal with their enquiries.
  • Settle any outstanding funeral and other bills.
  • Deal with the Inland Revenue, Capital Taxes Office, Department of Work and Pensions and Social Services on your behalf.
  • Prepare and complete a set of Probate accounts which you are legally obliged to keep for a minimum of twelve years.
  • Advertise in the relevant newspapers to protect against future claims arising even after the estate has been distributed.
